Those parties wishing to present oral argument or request modification of the tentative ruling must appear
at the scheduled hearing. If parties do not appear for the hearing the tentative ruling will become the order
of the Court. For contested matters the prevailing party shall prepare an appropriate order within five days
and submit it to the other parties for approval as to form. The order shall then be submitted to the Court
for signature.
Probate tentative rulings are available after 12:00 p.m. on the court day preceding the hearing date
